They have been great about getting my foster pups in for CVI's on short notice so they can get to their new families quicker, their emergency phone line is excellent, they are great with my temperamental dog, and their fees are very fair. I have family members that are out of the area, but they still make the drive to Phillips for vet care. The ladies in the front are always helpful and friendly, the vet techs are always so kind, gentle, and patient, and Dr. Ben and Dr. Kyle are the absolute best. They are truly here for the animals and not just to make a buck. I have had to call the emergency line a couple times, and I got a phone call back in less than 15 minutes. They walk you through what to look for instead of just having you bring your animal in, and they check back in to see to how everything is going.“
