This place will treat you right. They offer excellent care for dogs, cats, and my bird, as well as small animals. I've heard fantastic things about their handling of porcupine encounters, and they expertly unhooked those fish hooks that caught the wrong things!
Well my poor little Toby Tangled with a porcupine and he didn't win
I tell you what I called all the vets in the area
One of them who has a emergency room said they couldn't take them because they only have one doctor
The other one was having emergency of their own
So my last resort was on the recommendation of another vet and I called North country
I tell you what from the very beginning
I had an exceptional experience
The lady at the front desk was very sweet and she got me in right away at 2:30
When she checked me and she was just very personable alone I felt right at home right away
And of course the vet wow

Was in town grouse hunting and the dogs found a porcupine. They stayed after hours to help get the quills out. Very empathetic with my situation and very helpful. They were upfront with everything that needed to be done and what to expect. They got us out qucker than expected, and the dogs were in the woods the next day. Very nice people working there. I appreciate their help.
