We LOVE our basement! Renova was very easy to work with from start to finish. We have a 1400 sq ft ranch home and knew we wanted to add more living space and a guest bedroom separate from our main living space.After mapping out our “wants” paired with Brad’s suggestions, we had a first draft drawn of our new space within a few days –and a few weeks later we had our final plan ready to go. We purchased our home in the spring and knew from the beginning that we wanted to finish the lower level. We had 3 Basement Remodelers give us bids and decided to go with Renova Services. What a great decision! They had come highly recommended by a Realtor we had met while home shopping.Even though they had several other projects going ,they assured us they could start right away. They provided us with an App that included their work schedule for all services. Every single sub-contractor they had arranged for the job showed up either on the exact date or early. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience finishing the basement of our new construction home. Brad and Mike were great to deal with. Super responsive, kind, professional, and most importantly, they did a fantastic job finishing our basement. We added a bar to the project scope days before it began, and Brad’s team seamlessly drew up multiple plans for us to choose from to accommodate our space. The price was also very reasonable, in my opinion, and the quality was excellent. Mike was our project manager and he was fantastic to work with.
