Diane, the receptionist was exceptional in her welcome and was super helpful and getting me settled. Through a window she saw me arrive a second time to pick up paperwork and she met me outside thus enabling me to avoid a hassle of fetching my Walker to enter the office a second time. The medical staff was very professional as they diagnosed the issue. The verbal explanations were easy to follow and the written material was complete and easy to follow. I felt so lucky to have a place like this so close to my home in Pewaukee

I was a walk-in patient to urgent care and was seen quickly. All staff from the receptionist to the nurse to the Physician Assistant (Kayla) who treated me were genuinely caring and professional. The PA successfully removed a 3/8” glass shard from the ball of my left foot that I had stepped on with my bare foot. Prior to it being removed, it was extremely painful. Thankfully I walked out pain free and could go on with my busy day. Thank you!

Everyone at this urgent care was extremely pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable from the receptionist, Kathy to the nurse, Sandra and the doctor. We were very impressed with Dr Lindberg. He took the time to listen, and explained everything very thoroughly. It was the best experience we have ever had at an urgent care. Thank you to the entire staff.
