Diane, the receptionist was exceptional in her welcome and was super helpful and getting me settled. Through a window she saw me arrive a second time to pick up paperwork and she met me outside thus enabling me to avoid a hassle of fetching my Walker to enter the office a second time. The medical staff was very professional as they diagnosed the issue. The verbal explanations were easy to follow and the written material was complete and easy to follow. I felt so lucky to have a place like this so close to my home in Pewaukee

I was a walk-in patient to urgent care and was seen quickly. All staff from the receptionist to the nurse to the Physician Assistant (Kayla) who treated me were genuinely caring and professional. The PA successfully removed a 3/8” glass shard from the ball of my left foot that I had stepped on with my bare foot. Prior to it being removed, it was extremely painful. Thankfully I walked out pain free and could go on with my busy day. Thank you!

My husband Roland, has been sick for over a week w upper respiratory illness. We were thankful to get an online appointment within an hour today at Urgent Care on Capitol Dr in Pewaukee. The receptionist, nurse and PA were all kind, caring and efficient. Then, when there was a problem filling an RX, the PA & nurse were quick to take care of it. This place was awesome! The check in was easy, the receptionist was so friendly. I was in a room within 10 min! The nurse was nice and had a sense of humor. Dr was in within minutes and got me out the door with a prescription. Total time about 30 min! Clean and friendly.
