West Wood has an excellent staff from the personnel working the check in desk to the trainers, physical therapists and administrators. The trainers are well educated, and experienced dedicated professionals devoted to a healthy lifestyle. I consider them to be role models!!!! The equipment is excellent with great variety. The facility is kept clean and tidy. It is a pleasure to be a member and to work out at West Wood Health and Fitness!!!
