I walked in the lady dropped everything she was doing and asked what I would like and within 10 minutes I was walking out with such an amazing Bouquet of flowers. I can’t thank her enough for everything!!!

French Street Floral & Gifts is truly a gem. After my mom passed, I sent flowers to my dad, and their kindness meant so much during a very difficult time. They went above and beyond, communicated beautifully, and didn’t add extra delivery charges even though they could have. The flowers were stunning, and their compassion truly stood out. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

I can not recommend French Street Floral & Gift enough. There was a small issue with an order which they promptly went above and beyond to fix. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. Highly recommend.

I called from out of state to order a sympathy arrangement and Kirsten was so lovely and helpful. I’m really glad I opted to call versus order online as she gave me different options that weren’t presented on the website. So happy with my choice in plant and floral shop. Thank you!

We ordered flowers for our wedding and many people were not impressed with them. It was a warm day but the flowers were inside until the ceremony started and the flowers were wilting. We had mint green as one of our wedding colors and our flowers turned out more blue looking than green. The flowers were falling out of the bouquets all day. We had a wrist coursage for the mother's and one of them broke as soon as they put it on so it was unable to be worn, granted we told her about this and she did refund the money for it. However, when we told her about the flowers wilting before the ceremony even started and how they were falling apart all day she simply said it was because of the heat and there was nothing she could do about it. Overall she was great to work with but the flowers were just not great quality for the price paid. Kristen later reached out to us to see what she could do to improve her products and we mentioned perhaps the distributer in which she is getting her flowers should be changed since it seems the flowers were older and since they wilted so fast. She also stated how she was going to use a different style for bouquets so the flowers aren't falling out. Like mentioned before Kristen is great to work with but maybe the distributor she received her flowers from are not the best and a change could be made.
