I was happy to know that poison isn’t the recommended go-to to solve rodent issues. Steve provided excellent customer service with appointment notifications and onsite. He was professional and knowledgeable. He was able to help me find where the mice were getting in and how to fix the problem.

Steve came over to check out our critter issue in the attic. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. Turned out to be bats so he referred us to a couple companies that remove bats as he doesn't do that. I can honestly say, we will be calling Steve for any future pest problems. Friendly service like he provides is hard to come by nowadays.

Our yard is usually tolerable with mosquitoes, but this year has been horrible!! I wanted to hire a local company for pest control services near Otsego. The owner, Steve, was very friendly from the first time we communicated. He answered all my questions, so we hired them to do the mosquito treatment on our property. They also have fair prices. We have noticed a HUGE decrease in the amount of mosquitoes around. With all the rain and standing water, the mosquitoes breed like crazy. The tech, Daniel, was very friendly and made sure to get the areas we were really concerned about. We will be using them the rest of the season. Highly recommend!
