“I'm in the area as much as half time both for recreation and to care for my mother. Last year my furry little girl Roxie, started to break out again with her allergies. It had been a while but I knew that severe hives would be next and desperately looked for a vet in the area. We were most fortunate to find Dr Hines who saw her almost immediately. The hives began to appear while in the exam room and I knew she needed the usual steroids. But Dr Hines was the first vet we'd seen since 2010 who offered to treat the cause with a simple vaccination rather than just her symptoms! He's also gone on to prove his hunch that her weight wasn't simply from having over ate in years past but due to years of steroids as well as very low thyroid. He will stay our Vet so long as we keep dogs. He is well worth the drive and truly cares. Our naughty puppy is also in his care now.“
