“Thursday Nov. 9th. was one of the worst days of our lives. Our little buddy Sparky had to take his journey to Heaven. My friend Carrie is the Hospital Manager at the Ripon Vet. clinic, I asked the Dr. if Carrie could be in the room and the Dr. said absolutely. Carrie came in like a champion, she was so very supportive, she helped me with all the details and the process and was so very kind with Sparky. Dr. Orton was also fantastic. She explained every step and let me take as much time as needed. Without these two girls I don't think I would have made it through it. Thanks so very much girls!!!!“

“My dog had developed very sudden glaucoma Christmas Eve, that was causing her pain to the point of dropping her head every few minutes. Berlin Vet got her in right after the holidays to check her out. Specifically, Dr. Holt did everything she could from pain meds to eye drops to try and save my little lady's eye. After little to no signs of improvement, they had to remove it. From the first initial "omg" visit, to her last follow up of getting her stitches out, Dr. Holt has been nothing short of amazing. She cares for her pooch patients, listens to your concerns and doesn't write you off like several vets in the past have done to me.“
