ThedaCare Physical Therapy-Oshkosh

I had a scheduled 30-minute physical therapy appointment, but Brandon ended the session after about 15 minutes. The appointment consisted of five minutes on a stationary bike and a few minutes of leg lifts before I was told I was done. I arrived at 10:00 a.m. and was back in my car by 10:17.

What concerns me even more is that Brandon documented in my medical notes that I have an alcohol problem, which is completely false. I have not consumed alcohol in over 20 years. Including inaccurate information like this in a patient’s medical record is unacceptable and deeply concerning.

I have requested that the notes be corrected immediately.

I moved here from another state and was referred to a specific doctor who happened to be with ThedaCare. I am so happy to have gotten into the system. Over the last six years I have been increasingly happy and impressed with my primary care physician but also with every other person from the person who draws blood to the nurses, the billing department, and specialists. My husband also has the same doctor and, sadly, he has had skin cancer, prostate cancer and full removal, a hip replacement, two knee replacements, lots of physical therapy, and some other issues. No one wants to go through all of these things, but thank goodness we had ThedaCare and a fabulous team along the way.
