I had my hair cut by a wonderful hairstylist that goes by Merica. She is incredibly knowledgeable in what she does, passionate about cutting hair, and it shows. This is the first time I've not only been given the haircut I asked for, but she styled it better than I ever could. On top of it all, she went above and beyond in almost every step of the process. I'd like to commend your Oshkosh team when I was in on Veterans Day. They really do such a great job engaging and smiling with everyone. Seeing this woman whom I found out later her name is Cheri treat and speak to our veteran ensuring his day was good, thanking him for his service and making sure he's being taken care of is such a powerful and heartfelt message. I could tell that she did not do this, because she was supposed to, she did it because it's the right thing to do.
