This is the second time I've taken my son, and I've had a great experience. To be honest, I was very nervous as he was 21 months the first time, but NILE was very patient with him. Thanks again for his hair cut...def styling for his b day. Will be back.

Hair was ok I guess, but I was not told they cut my baby nephew’s ear. If they did, I would’ve expected to be told and be less angry. The sides seem a bit uneven, and they didn’t even clean off all of the hair at all. They blamed my baby for jumping and getting nervous, but he never jumps from hair cuts, he’s gotten his hair cut multiple times. We were charged $60, no discount even for the cut.

Waiting 2 hours and didn’t even get a cut had appointment at 1pm and there was hell of ppl in front of me never going back

Rico cut my ten year old son's hair and mine. He is very personable and provided great insight during the hair cutting process. He took his time and asked questions along the way to make sure we both looked great. Stop wasting money at other chains and see Rico and QZ!!Services: Eyebrow trimming
