Absolutely loved our experience with J Cox! Friendly and knowledgeable. They were EARLY to both appointments we made with them (one to consult and give an estimate, one to do the work). There was no pressure, run around, or up-selling. They were very straightforward and honest with us about what needed to be done and gave us a very reasonable quote and did the work in half the time they estimated! They were courteous and cleaned up whatever mess they made before they left. We will definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs!

Called about replacing my pedestal sump pump and Justin was able to come out the next day. They swapped it for a submersible one, and it took them less than 30 minutes. Definitely would recommend!

Justin came over to provide a quote for my rough in plumbing and was the most detailed oriented over 2 other plumbers I quoted, and also quoted a great price! Justin and his team were efficient and, friendly and had suggestions to do the plumbing the correct way.Whenever I have plumbing needs I will also choose Justin and his team going forward!
