Rather you have insurance or not they will work with you so you can receive the eye health care you need. You have options in having the eyes dilated (for a slight extra amount they have a solution to normalize them sooner) or, have it done digitally. You then have a comprehensive eye exam to ensure you see your very best. You feel that your eye health is very important to them and will answer questions or fill you in on your personal exam/needs. If you need glasses and are having a hard time picking frames suitable for your face and stay within a budget that is comfortable there staff will happily help you out. Office was nice, tidy, and clean. Each employee was attentive and friendly. The doctor was knowledgeable and offered me ways to relieve some of my dry eye symptoms. The rep helping me choose frames was incredibly helpful and personable. I found my go to eye clinic in Appleton.
Great experience. From the exam to assistance picking out frames to selecting lens options and the final fitting. Every step was thorough, explained and not rushed. I’ll be back next time. Also, if you can get Joleen for your initial fitting and lens order, consider that a bonus. She’s fun and knows her stuff.
