Office was nice, tidy, and clean. Each employee was attentive and friendly. The doctor was knowledgeable and offered me ways to relieve some of my dry eye symptoms. The rep helping me choose frames was incredibly helpful and personable. I found my go to eye clinic in Appleton.
Great experience. From the exam to assistance picking out frames to selecting lens options and the final fitting. Every step was thorough, explained and not rushed. I’ll be back next time. Also, if you can get Joleen for your initial fitting and lens order, consider that a bonus. She’s fun and knows her stuff.

Every person i had contact with made me feel i was #1. Professional, friendly from receptionist as I walked in until eye person helping me fit glasses. Dr taking time to show me results. Best customer service i have had in many years. Bonus 2 beautiful dogs on Friday.
