I love Inner Sun Yoga Studio! This studio is a gem and there are no other studios that compare. Since I moved, I have yet to find a space in my area that offers the high quality of knowledge, certifications, and offerings that Deb and the other teachers have. The space is inviting and the spiritual approach to yoga is authentic. If you have new to yoga or wanting to deepen your practice, I recommend making Inner Sun your spiritual home!

I’ve been going to Inner Sun almost 2 years. Deb is an awesome instructor. Her studio is homey, comfortable and peaceful. I feel like I’m a part of a family. Since COVID I’ve been doing her “On Demand” classes which are recorded classes that can be accessed anytime. (I am out of state for awhile so this is perfect for me or for anyone who does not want to go to the studio).This has helped me immensely in continuing my practice and keeping me calm. Check out her website. Prices are very reasonable. You won’t be disappointed.
