“I’m 72 years old and have cerebral palsy. I was born in Oshkosh but moved to Ann Arbor, Michigan at a young age. However, I still spend summers at our home on the shores of Lake Winnebago. Home Care Assistance has been helping me for three years. They are excellent! Their office staff is friendly, helpful, and experts at their jobs. They have worked very hard to get to know me and meet my needs. They also w to solve problems that arise as when it was discovered that I had bed bugs. “Staff are absolutely awesome. But one interesting note they're head of Maintenance Ross just went to Federal prison. For some unknown reason. There are a lot of outdoor light fixtures here at the Menasha cslp that haven't worked in several years and has been known about but it's just been Shrugged under the rug. I love living here but they really need to start stepping up to the plate. If the state gets wind of what's being neglected that could be bad for everybody living here at the cslp.“
