Always welcoming and friendly from the moment we walk in! The staff all help one another out and are very good at listening to what customers want and do a thorough job and don't rush through appts. Today was my daughters first experience getting tips placed on and found a cute design that they replicated well.
I have never been to this place and I went with my mom today. I was not pleased. I came home and saw the paint on mine and my mom's toe nails were coming off already and my feet are broken out from the chemicals. I have been to so many spas and never had anything like this happen
Helen is amazing! She's bubbly, kind, and makes you feel comfortable. Easy to make an appointment online! Helen started my nails, did most of the work. Then Tracy came to finish mine while Helen was moved to start another customer. Tracy didn't smile, didn't communicate what do next. When she was done, she got up, turned off the over head light and walked away. Left me to sit there with no direction. After about 5 mins, from the door she yelled, "you go now." She didn't check to see if my nails were dry, didn't tell me to wash my hands, and I was actually disappointed that she didn't apply any lotion. That's the best part!... read full review
