My brother has had Ona from BrightStar assist with his personal needs for the past year. We have found both her and BrightStar to be very professional and caring. Ona is very prompt and conscientious and a blessing for us both.
We love our care team that comes to our house. The staff is great. Our caregiver Ona goes above and beyond to provide excellent care for myself. She is always willing to help and thinking of different techniques to use for my care. She is very passionate and kind hearted. BrightStar care has been a great and helpful company and I would recommend this company to anyone that would need the amazing care that’s offered.
They took such good care of my dad and made a schedule work with exactly what we needed. We always the same care giver (M) and she was a blessing. Communication was easy and everything was transparent. Thank you.
