Dr. Williams was knowledgeable, kind, and explained things well. He addressed my issue and gave clear follow-up instructions. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was that there was about a 20 minute wait to be seen.
Dianna is very good doctor. My case can be pretty complex, and hard to deal with. So when I say I'm lucky to have a doctor who listens and cares, I mean it. I've been to too many doctors that just really didn't care and just always 'went through the motions' barely even hearing me, writing things in their notes that weren't even close to what I said just to get me in and out of their appointment with me. With her it's been better and it'll be a year this coming month that I've been her patient
Always great care! I saw Dr Okrah in cardiology. Both he and nurse Michelle were competent and kind. Dr Okrah took the time to explain things well and listened to my concerns. Quality local care.
