We recently bought a house and had a warranty. the warranty processors were going to push our appointment out a month, into mid November, in Wisconsin as Temps drop. I called A & Be and gave them my work ticket and they were there late on Friday to troubleshoot, had an answer in minutes. Since it was a Friday the gentleman couldn't get the part til Monday. I got done with work and he called saying he had the part and would be to my place within the hour. Went downstairs, put the part in, did some preventative maintenance and had heat within 10 minutes. Great communication, nice guy, timely and professional. I can't appreciate him enough!! we will definitely refer them and contact them in the future.
They came out to my house within an hour of my call and fixed my issue same day with fair pricing and thorough explanation of both the problem and my options! Will definitely call again for needs one the future!
