Howie and Dale did a great job installing my new wood stove in my shop. They explained everything very thoroughly and were clear on what and how they were going to do it. Great to work with them and Comfort By Design.

Robert, was awesome! Helped us to clearly understand what we were dealing with. He took the time to educate us on possible options and upgrades and diligently answered all our questions. When he left we felt that we had all the information needed to make accurate decisions.

Comfort by Design and specifically Jesse T. Promptly made service call. Hopefully issue is resolved but I’m most impressed with how thorough Jesse was with checking over the unit and taking the time to research the situation and feel confident about the fix before leaving. Excellent !
