Clean, safe and comfortable environment. Very professional, skilled, non-judgemental and caring trainers who have exceptional skills and a wealth of knowledge and experience, and are dedicated to client's needs. Top notch all around!
After my breast cancer diagnosis and treatment I felt like I needed to take control not only of the cancer but of my health. I researched a long time to find a workout would give me what I needed. After one visit with Heather at the Pilates Studio, I knew I found the perfect work out not only for my health needs but for a woman my age. Love love love The Pilates Studio and the staff.
