INSANITY Boot Camp

Started off wondering if I would even make it through a whole workout. Ive always been good at trying stuff out and not really feeling comfortable enough to keep going or giving it my all. Well it turns out that after my very first test day, I'm hooked. Every day since, I wake up ready to go! Sore from the day before, but in a good way! Now I can't imagine starting my day any different. Its nice to look forward to my workouts again. Lifetime member starting today (officially)! Love the people and the trainer/facility! Time to crush some goals with their help � Oh yeah, and they have daycare! So my little will be able to play while I burn. How cool is that?!�

I joined the y in January and started my weight loss journey. Went to a Saturday camp at Logan and loved it. Got the 30 day trial membership and I don’t honestly think I’d be happy anywhere else! I love the gym, the people that go to the gym are awesome, and then there’s Brittany. Just when you think she’s not watching you feel her tap or hear your name, she makes me honor the accountability! Looking forward to meeting my goal with Brittany, I know I won’t fail with her on my side!

I started Burn in April with co-workers when they had 30 for $30. At the end of those 30 days I knew I wanted to sign up for more! The first moment I walked through the door I felt at ease. I tend to be shy in new situations and especially when I am putting myself out there in front of others. I wasn't sure what to expect and I wasn't new to exercise classes but this was different. I was and am pushed everyday I go to camp. I am sore (a good sore) almost everyday. The trainers are awesome and will modify everything; I have a knee injury and they are always checking in to make sure I am doing okay! I get up everyday at 5 am to go to camp and am unhappy when I don't make it! This place has been a game changer. I am stronger than I've ever been and it's because of the love and push I get from everyone at Burn! #burnfamily
