“Jim H and staff did the assessment after a huge boulevard tree branch fell on the roof of our porch June 10th. Jim H came out that same day and did a temporary patch to tide us over until a repair could be scheduled. Cody Hurst came out and described to us how he would be doing the repairs which included fixing the hole in the roof from the large tree branch. He showed us the metal patch that he was going to use in the repair process. He described and then provided photos of each step in the process. The metal patch was put in place, shingles were replaced, facia was repaired, and everything was documented with photos.

The fact that they came out the same day as the incident to do a temporary patch was amazing. It kept water from destroying our porch while we waited for the complete repair to take place.

This is the same company who replaced our entire roof many years ago. They do excellent work and they have come out to inspect our roof periodically.“
