Jim Haggerty was great! Extremely professional. He explained everything and gave me a report showing no damage. He even sent it to my insurance company. I will always ask him to come out after a storm to give me an honest report. They replaced my skylights, shingles and matched perfectly.
Nick N worked with us, he promptly came out inspected our house took pictures and showed us the hail damage on our roof. He helped navigate us through the process working with the adjuster. He was professional, knowledgeable and helpful.
Jim Haggerty from First American Roofing came to our house today to inspect the roof. With the hailstorm recently we thought it would be a good idea to have it checked. Jim thoroughly checked the entire area of our home and garage and honestly told us there was no damage. It's refreshing when a company tells you the truth instead of just trying to sell you something! When I do need a roof, I will definitely be calling First American Roofing & Siding again!
