“Kendhammers installed windows my house. I contacted them and the salesman in Nov 25 because had ice building up on the inside of the windows. They would not come out to look at even though I called multiple times. They told me the humidity in the house was to high causing the ice and sent me a video. I told them my humidity was 29% which is lower than the expectations. They still would not come out. My son is a certified window installer and brought his infered gun out and showed me where the cold air was coming in. He said the seals were bad. I shared this with the salesman and the owner at Kendhammers. The salesman stop responding to my texts and phone calls. The owner of Kendhammers A1 Roofing promised he would take care of. It is now the end of August and I haven't heard anything from the owner. They tore apart my new patio door because the information was missed told to the repair man and that hasn't been fixed either and there is sealant all over the door. My warranty was/is worth nothing. I couldn't get the name or number of the widow company to talk to someone there. I will never recommend or use Kendhammer A1 roofing/windows again. So sad“

The owner Jeff was great to communicate with and really listened to my specific needs and made sure they were taken care of as I had wished. The highly efficient crew completed our large roof in one day! There was even a brief downpour in the middle of the job, of course. Regardless they did a very nice job on our roof and left our place clean and tidy. We are very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend American Roofing and Siding.“
