I had such a great experience with Jeff from Schneider Heating & Air Conditioning! He was incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that made sense, being that I know very little about AC units. I never felt talked down to or rushed, which I really appreciated.
What really stood out was that after he left, he actually came back later that same day because he thought of another possible solution to get our AC working. Knowing we were heading into a super hot weekend, he genuinely wanted to help figure it out and make sure we weren’t stuck without air conditioning. Schneider was exceptional. Our furnace went out right before a major storm and they got our furnace and installed it the following day. The technicians that installed were professional, courteous, and very efficient with their time. We have been with Schneider for over 30 years and still highly recommend them.
