Very Loving and Caring Professionals. Dr. Flood and all of the staff were absolutely wonderful. We took our child there after going to a different provider where we didn't have the best experience. (I would like to note that the other provider was not bad in any way, just not the right fit for our child's needs)Dr. Flood explained everything to us and was so down-to-earth and understanding. He made us feel so relieved and more at ease.I was very skeptical at first knowing that they would take my child back without me but they were amazing. Everyone here was so friendly. Customer service was great! Parking right outside entry doors. Helpful and kind front desk staff. We switched over from our previous pediatric dentist without hesitation.
Was so happy that Dr. Flood was able to get my daughter and when she chipped a significant part of her front tooth after hours she was in pain and he had her fixed up and ready to go in no time! The staff that came in after hours was friendly and compassionate as well!
