What a lovely team! I am paying more for this crown than I have any other in my life, but those were years ago. I sincerely appreciated the play by play commentary, so I knew the plan going in and as my treatment progressed. I also liked that the estimate was a little high and I ended up paying less than I planned on =).I understand that you have to pay for the goods and services you consume (gas, groceries, hair cuts; dental, chiropractor, and medical visits). I appreciate having insurance to help me with some of these expenses AND the grace to call back and pay the next day!

I have had my dental work done by Dr. Ochsner for several years. He does a great job of informing me what he is doing and why he is doing it. His staff is quite skillful in cleaning my teeth and performing x-rays.

My hygienist, Kayla, was super friendly and engaged with me during my visit. Dr RJ took a little while to get to me, but she kept talking to me after my cleaning was complete while we waited. When RJ did arrive, he was friendly like always and showed interest in learning about my life as well. I like going here because the staff make me feel important.
