I am VERY disappointed in this establishment! It DISCRIMINATES against electric weelchair/scooter bound patrons by not allowing the scooters/chairs into the store! I will NEVER enter this establishment ever again!

I have gone to this salon quite a few times ( even sent my teenage daughter there for full head of highlights) and I went to the same stylist who usually does good work. The last time I went the work wasn't very good but it Was around thanksgiving and I didn't really have time to get it fixed. So I just dealt with it until a month later I scheduled another appointment to go there and to have the stylist at the front desk tell me that my stylist called in and no one could fit me In until another week, on top of calling me Angie lol I corrected them yet they persisted to call me Angie even afterwards. What really gets me though is the stylist who called in messaged me a few days prior (on Facebook) asking me to post a good review because they apparently got a few bad reviews the past week lol wonder why. ( not to mention a month prior to donate to her contest) She literally could have taken a second to message me and let me know she wasn't going to make it in like any other stylist would have, so I would not have came there to be told they couldn't find my contact information because I was put in there system wrong lol just the carelessness and unprofessionalism is astounding. I know you get what you pay for but even there prices are asking way to much. I go to the salon and pay good money for self care and to feel better about myself. Not worse.

Person that cut my hair sprayed nothing on hair to cut it? Not even water?? Took her a total of five minutes tocut my hair ? Sorry l stoppedd and interrupted her day. This is why she got a $1 tip. Maybe a little more time for a customer??Services: Curly hair
