We had reached out to Chem-Dry to eliminate cat urine from a previous cat of our. We we’re anticipating getting a new cat didn’t want to have the new one to smell that urine and start having accidents in those previously urinated spots. They treated those spots thoroughly and so far, no accidents with the new kitty. The carpet was cleaned thoroughly. Very timely and professional. I would highly recommend.

Chose this company to have our living room rug "professionally" cleaned after our dog urinated on it twice. The technician picked the rug up, and said that he should be able to have it back in two to three days. I explained that it was no rush, as the website said turnaround should be 5-10 business days. Here we are almost two months later, I have called and left three messages with their answering service over the last four weeks, and I have still not received so much as a call back (they have mine and my wife's phone numbers). I even attempted to visit their "office" (rented warehouse space) for an explaination or to have the rug returned, and there was no one there to talk to. I left a message with the neighboring business to give them when they see them. I'm giving them until next Wedneday to contact me, or I am going to file a theft complaint with the local PD. They are leaving me no other option. I would recommend finding another business if you need a rug or carpet cleaned.

Update from previous review: After I left several reviews on all the regular sites, I miraculously received a phone call on a Friday regarding my rug, saying that it could be dropped off the following Monday. I was told the same thing as another reviewer along the lines of "...wasn't able to get the stains out, but the odor is gone...", so I immediately began to worry after reading that reviewer's experience upon unrolling their rug. The rug was delivered on Monday as promised, and the stains were lighter, although still very visible. Fortunately, the urine and ammonia smell were gone. At this point, I think I'll invest in my own rug cleaner and give it a go myself, as we have several dogs and I'd like to eventually let them back in the living room. I left this 3-star review to rate the overall experience now that I have my rug back. Unfortunately, I still can't recommend this business to anyone.

Dave and Chemdry just cleaned a 2 bedroom apartment that was occupied by 4 young adults and he is a miracle worker. I think the carpets are now cleaner than when they moved in. Thank you Dave!

I'd like to start off by saying I have never written a bad review of a product or business before. In February, I reached out to Chemdry to clean a 6'x9' rug that had stains and odor from cat urine. When Dave picked up the rug, he stated that he could guarantee that the stains and odor would come out. At this time I was never given a timeline of how long the cleaning would take. I will be honest, I've never had this service done so I was not even sure how long it would take. After nearly 2 months I decided to call just to check on the rug and see if they could give me a timeline. I received the rug on April 11th and Dave explained that some of the staining on the back of the rug didn't come out -which I was fine with. However, he said the smell was completely gone. When we unrolled the rug in our house we could almost immediately smell urine/ammonia. I called chemdry on 4/13 and told them the smell was not completely gone. The person that I talked to said that she would have Dave contact me to set up a time to pick up the rug and try to clean it again. I never heard from anyone, so by 4/22 I decided to call back and ask for a refund. The person who I talked to said she will have the owner contact me right away. It is now 5/14 and I have yet to receive a phone call. I am a very reasonable and understanding person and I completely understand that possibly there are other issues that I as the customer cannot see. But when a customer is not happy with their service, the business should communicate with them and do their best to make it right.

I used Chem-Dry on a referral. Glad I did! Dave was punctual, friendly and professional. Carpets were in bad shape so my expectations were low but they turned out great. And no cleaning agent film or odor left behind. Dave even knocked something off the price for having all the furniture cleared out of the way before his arrival.
