Brite-Way Window Services-La Crosse

Jun 2024

I made an appointment weeks before the actual date was set with Brite Way to do our windows inside and out. The date came and no one showed up. I called 3 times that same day and left a message to see what happened and if they were still coming. No response. I called the next 3 business days and left messages asking if they were still planning on coming another day. No response. I asked them if they would show me the courtesy of answering my messages so I knew if they had plans on ever cleaning my windows. No response. I still have not received a call back and I will never use them again.
