Great job, they came out for a normal roof replacement and found one roof built over the original roof. They did a two roof tear off releveled the roof and redecked and still had it done by the next morning. Very happy with their work
Tom first came out with one of his foremen, Joe, and discussed what I needed. The property is new to us - we needed a new roof badly, and plugged gutters combined with the complete absence of eaves had wreaked havoc on the walls over time. The roof is a very low slope in need of a rubber roof, so previous estimates were high enough that I didnt push very hard on the eaves. Tom went above and beyond, though, and figured out a way to include eaves along with the rubber roof (single-seam!) and gutters that the other guys had quoted me. I'm very impressed at the finished product!
Love the roof, the workers were great, everything was cleaned up and none of my perennials were trampled which I really appreciated. I would recommend Tip Top roofing for anyone needing a new roof.
