My whole first laser experience was really amazing! From the consultation to the first appointment where they walked me through the whole process from start to finish, answered my questions, and helped me with all my random needs.
This was my first laser treatment, and after Hannah and her team walked me through the process and how the equipment worked, I wasn't worried about how the process was going to go. First time experience today: so far, very good. As someone with severe anxiety disorders, I was super worried about the experience and getting laser hair done. Everyone here has been super nice, very clear in explaining and answering all my questions. They're really good about accommodating anything you need.

I’ve been coming to the Brookfield location for a few years now, and as anyone who has had laser hair removal will tell you, it’s not the most pleasant experience, but I could not be happier with Milan. The results are 100% worth it, and they make the experience as comfortable as possible. Definitely recommend!
