Maeve is cheerful and helpful at the front desk and I always look forward to having Jen answer my calls too. Highly recommend and will continue to go here in the future. I came in for a consultation after waiting 6 months for this appointment. I was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately I felt pretty uncomfortable most of the time. I found the doctor to be cold and unfriendly. I came in optimistically to learn about a potential hormonal imbalance. Her focus was misdirected. I left feeling unheard and uncomfortable.

The person giving out the weight lose med. doesn't not share you weight and measurements with you. She gives your meds. doesn't explain that you may have to use another needle to administer. She does very little talking. It's terrible!!

I had an appointment scheduled for 11 AM and arrived on time. However, I ended up waiting for an hour without being serviced for my lip filler. During this time, I noticed others being taken back for their appointments, even though it was my scheduled time to be seen.
