Momentum Martial Arts Oconomowoc is a great organization with incredible instructors who provide top-notch martial arts, self-defense, and fitness classes for all ages. Kids have a blast learning discipline, self-confidence, and valuable life lessons like kindness, respect, and courtesy from the excellent teachers and motivators. The organization is highly recommended for its structured exercise programs, which have been shown to boost confidence and self-esteem. Momentum Martial Arts also offers a unique and engaging venue for kids' birthday parties and special events, such as earning badges for local troops. With its progressive curriculum and accommodating staff, it's no wonder many families in Oconomowoc and surrounding areas choose Momentum Martial Arts.
Our son has been in Taekwondo at Momentum and the experience has truly been a blessing for our family. Mr. O teaches with patience, diligence, and respect. He knows every child by name and treats each one with genuine kindness and care. The students have been amazing and have supported our son every step of the way. This program has been about so much more than taekwondo for us—during some very difficult times, Mr. O and his team showed compassion, encouragement, and understanding that we will never forget.

We absolutely love this place! Mr. O is so great with kids - A+ Class Management skills with all kinds of kids. He's also super friendly and helpful. He guided us through the whole sign up and trial process, which was very easy and convenient. The availability of different classes on different days and times really helps too, since it's easy to find a time slot that works for us. My kids love coming here, and they are starting to listen better at home because of Mr O's emphasis on patience and listening skills.
Great organization and people. Laura, Mr. O and the rest of the instructors are incredible with the kids and they absolutely have a blast here. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to get their kiddos into martial arts or even just to learn discipline, self confidence, etc.
