I will have to say even though my appointment was rescheduled at last minute due to optician calling in due to illness the two general managers michelle and stacey were amazing and handled everything swimmingly. I loved getting to know them and talking with them about alternative options was a breeze. They helped me with personable options pertaining to my personal situation with care and discretion. I recommend herslof hands downs for their professional atmosphere and friendly nature. Thank you ladies for all you do and how u handled a delicate situation.

Marina and Michelle are fantastic! They deserve five stars everyday! I gave it 4 stars because I had an issue with the Dr.s bedside manner and how he treated his staff. The day of my exam was not my finest visit. I understand there is an optomitrist shortage in Wisconsin, but when I called to speak with someone they never returned my call about my concerns. The intrium doctor was my first issue with this company. Hopefully the permanent doctor will have a better bedside manner.

The was fantastic. I don't know about the optometrist I had to go somewhere else to get my prescription for my glasses. Worst thing in a very upset about it it's been 3 weeks and I have not gotten my glasses. Also they only have an eye doctor there twice a month that's terrible.
