I'm so grateful for Jamie and Sarah and their comprehensive care approach to health and wellness. They are so knowledgeable and their passion for their work is evident in how they communicate and provide resources for learning. They communicate well with my other care providers. They quickly identified my muscle compensations, helped to alleviate immediate symptoms, coached me through ways to recognize dysfunctional muscle usage and strengthen the proper muscle groups so that I stop compensating and having repetitive injuries. I've been coming to Empower Movement for 9 months. I am so grateful to have found Jena! I went in for postpartum recovery and have found so much more than that. My monthly appointments are great to continue working on my initial concern but also when other things pop up, I'm already in a position to get the care my body needs before things worsen. Dry needling and cupping were new to me, but I've found both to be incredibly helpful. My therapist, Jena is so great and makes me feel comfortable and at ease during my treatments. It's been the best investment in caring for my body!
I’ve been seeing Jaimie for over 6 months and every time I leave I feel like a well oiled machine. Plus she gives me easy stretches to do at home to prevent injuries or tight muscles. I always look forward to my appointments with her!
