I'm so grateful for Jamie and Sarah and their comprehensive care approach to health and wellness. They are so knowledgeable and their passion for their work is evident in how they communicate and provide resources for learning. They communicate well with my other care providers. They quickly identified my muscle compensations, helped to alleviate immediate symptoms, coached me through ways to recognize dysfunctional muscle usage and strengthen the proper muscle groups so that I stop compensating and having repetitive injuries. Jamie is amazing! She listens, asks clarifying questions and genuinely cares about my wellbeing. She gets to the root cause of the problem and not only addresses my pain but explains the cause and how to prevent future issues. In just a few months I feel better than I have in years. The therapists at Empower are truly the best. They figure out issues that others miss, and they are miracle workers with their modalities and interventions. Beautiful new facility too. Cannot recommend more.
