After leaving a message about an issue I was dealing with David called me back right away and walked me through multiple ways to go about determining the true problem and solution.
He also referred me to a company better suited for my problem and told me to follow up if needed.
In the end, he was super helpful, cared about my problem without being able to investigate it initially, and told me to follow back up if I hit a dead end.

Although we are not selling our house, I had David do an inspection to see if there were any issues I was not aware of. He did find some areas I needed to address. Professional, knowledgeable, thorough and helpful. 5 stars from me!

David is very knowledgeable and thorough. He spotted a few things that were surprises to me in the inspection, and was able to give me information about what repairs would look like. I highly recommend him to anyone considering buying a home.
