This company really has top-tier customer service! Last week, we booked an appointment to have our windows looked at because we had a draft coming in and had trouble locking them. Their amazing Service Manager, Steve, came today and not only fixed our problem, he also shared with us what caused it and tips to ensure it wouldn't happen again. We had our bay window installed by WASCO over 20 years ago and they had no problem finding us in their system. They were quick to honor their lifetime warranty on parts (we did need some). Home I purchased had two cracked windows that were ordered and covered by warranty from original owner. Steve the service manager arrived today to swap out the window panes with cracked glass. He arrived on time and was very professional. He answered my questions about the warranty and the windows. He even gave me advice on how to properly care for and clean them. Fantastic experience.

We had Wasco windows put in our house in 1983 and never had any problems with them. We absolutely love all our windows. We started having some issues with opening some of the windows and they sent us a very pleasant man to take a look at them. He right away knew exactly what to do and came back and fixed them. They work just like the day we had them installed. Very, very happy with our windows and how courteous they were and wanting to make sure we were satisfied with everything. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for new windows.
