Great customer service. However, more professional experience could be used. I booked my wedding hair appointments here and unless a lady of mine was booked with a high experience stylist, their simple hair do was difficult to work with. Just be sure to have a hair trial with one of the stylists that have many years of experience if you wish to go here.

I love going here. I get my hair dyed about every 6 weeks to make sure my roots are covered. The price is a little high but I've gone to cheaper salons and you definitely pay for what you get. I gladly spend the money here because I know I'm walking out with what I want. The people are also nice and willing to let me chat their ears off during my appointment:) Couldn't ask for more.

I made an appt for my then 8 yr old daughter and got an appt with Julia. I may have called a few times before to warn them about the knotted mess of long hair that was coming in. My daughter refused to cut, and comb her hair at the time... We came in and met Julia who instantly was amazing and really helped do anything she could to make my daughter feel comfortable. We left with a beautiful, shorter cut that my daughter loved and has maintained wonderfully since that first appt three years ago.
