As previous reviews have stated this clinic is very money motivated clinic and I wish I knew this prior to taking my dogs there for the past two years. Dr. Warren has also made it very clear she could not be less interested or rushed to get out of the visits I’ve had with her. It’s a shame that a few sour apples reflects on the few great techs and Veterinarians there. If you do choose to go here I recommend Dr. Pasowicz.
From my experience this clinic likes to focus on one issue at a time vs. all of your concerns forcing you to come in multiple times paying them more money in the visit fees, when in reality your concerns could all have been addressed in one or two visits. Clinics like this are so distasteful. You either care about people’s animals and their well being or you care more about money and unfortunately, this clinic cares more about money than your animal.

I’m not one to leave reviews, but praise has to be given when it is deserved. I unfortunately had to put down my golden down after a quick decline. I was devastated, but Dr. Kelly and Shannon made the experience incredibly peaceful and took amazing care of my boy. Shannon was a great comfort with a much needed hug and I could tell her heart broke along with mine. You both are amazing at what you do. Thank you for giving me the time and peace I needed with Clay. We both needed it!

I have never been to a veterinary clinic where there seemed less genuine or money motivated. Multiple visits for the same issue with meds I could have gotten from Amazon. I have zero confidence in this practice. I have gotten bad advice from tech staff that made the problem worse. It is a major issue for me to get a copy of my pet food rx. They charge at the extreme high end for every process. I had the most wonderful care for my cat at WVRC hospital. Their care, expertise, compassion, and practice were everything anyone could hope for. I expect nothing less from a vet, and this place is the opposite.

Terrible customer service. Scheduling is a nightmare, and they made it very clear from the beginning that all they want is money. First time client and apparently I didn’t pay the first time client fee fast enough, so they canceled my appointment.
After I got my first dog seen, I made an appointment for my other dog (at least I thought I did), just to receive an email saying that they never received confirmation on my end . Mind you, they emailed me acknowledging my confirmation email.
They canceled the appointment because THEY MADE A MISTAKE and could not get my dog in until next week.

What an incredibly amazing staff. We had a very fast change in our sweet senior cat we knew it was her time, being new to the area they were able to get me in same day. The staff were incredible to us for such a hard situation. We have now found our vet all from the kindness and time they gave my wife and I.
