I ordered a washer dryer delivery from a big box store... they couldn't get my dryer hooked up because they lacked the expertise. I called Oak Creek plumbing because they have done work for me 4 times in the past and Ed has never failed me. Initially the office let me know it wasn't possible to get service so quickly, but a short time later Ed called me and said he could make this work. I got drawn into Black Friday promo, but Ed & Doug saved the day even though I didn't buy appliances from them. They are very loyal to repeat customers..... highly recommended.
Bob did fantastic job! There was fast response to my inquiry. Was able to schedule an appointment the very next day. Bob is knowledgeable and answered all my questions, worked efficiently and went above and beyond. I will use the services in the future if I need to. Thank you ?
