Tony was fantastic! Not only did he get to my call a lot quicker than I expected, he took the time to fix the A/C & explain. He could have easily called it a lost cause & try to sell me on the latest & greatest unit.
Overall, we've used them for years & will continue to do so. Very personable & honest company.
