I've been going to Lyly's for nearly 5 years and have never had a bad experience. I started with gel, switched to dip, and am getting gel builder done currently. Over the years I've had a few different nail techs. They're always friendly and will chat with you if you're friendly to them. The environment is relaxing which makes it nice to zone out for an hour after a long day. I'd highly recommend making an appointment vs walking in as it guarantees your service, even if they're running behind.

$40 for acrylic fill. Nail techs are consistent with their work. A clean space. Just cant give 5 starts because even when I make an appointment I still end up waiting 20 minutes for the service. Overall I prefer this place over others in the area.

I have been going here for several years now and had the worst experience today. When I was “greeted”, the receptionist never even said hello to me, instead just questioned why I was there and asked me 4 times if I had an appointment. I had called several days prior to my appointment to set it up but clearly it was never written down. After clarifying several times with her, she continued to ask what I wanted done. I was then choosing my color when she told me to sit down, not allowing me to choose any color. The service itself was average at that as they have new people working.
