They sure did not need to attempt to fix the inefficient dinosaur that is my a/c unit, but knowing the forecast they did! Meanwhile, they patiently explained all my options for new. Pleasure to work with all of E.C. Merril; Brian he is a hard worker (outside when it's 90!), courteous, patient, cleans up after the work is done and makes sure I know what's going on.“

“Honestly reading the reviews I was very hesitant. I will admit that they had a break down in communication which could be improved for the future. They did have to come out several times so if they got their diagnostic done in one visit and verify correct parts, I feel they wouldn't have had to come out as much and would have been fixed all in one visit. They did come out after hours to make sure the job got done though so they're willing to make sure it's completed. Seems like they just need to iron out some details yet.
