Honestly reading the reviews I was very hesitant. I will admit that they had a break down in communication which could be improved for the future. They did have to come out several times so if they got their diagnostic done in one visit and verify correct parts, I feel they wouldn't have had to come out as much and would have been fixed all in one visit. They did come out after hours to make sure the job got done though so they're willing to make sure it's completed. Seems like they just need to iron out some details yet. Worse place to ever do business with! I’ve had no A/C going on two months because of errors this company has made. They came out in May said I had no Freon it took them over a week to come back out and fill my unit up with Freon. Unit still wasn’t cooling. Came back out said its actually a hole in my evaporator coil. As of today I was rescheduled and still no AC. I do not recommend using this company. Customer service giving me attitude because I’m fed up with waiting! I asked for a refund.UPDATE: the manager called me and came out personally to fixed my unit as an emergency call. Was a little nervous reading some of these reviews prior, but Caldera did an excellent job fixing our AC and replacing our capacitor! We have HSA home warranty. Luis and Omar were very friendly and respectful. They even arrived earlier than they planned to on the day of when I called them to let them know our condo office and maintenance personnel would be out of office if they came later in the day. They fixed the issue quickly and also took out our old yucky filter for us and told us exactly where to get a replacement filter and what size.
