“I found this vet because I needed assistance on a Saturday morning for a paw injury. The person I spoke to was calm, informative, and offered great suggestions. I was able to book an appointment that Monday for an exam.

Upon arrival, the service only got better. Due to a tight entrance and many dogs, the staff was guiding and directing clients to avoid any negative interactions. Reception knew who I was before I could check in, and within a minute or two we were being taken to the exam room.

My Aussie has high reactivity and both the vet and tech took their time with her, allowing her to come to them. This only took a minute or two but it made all the difference. The vet explained the procedure and what would take place. I couldn't have asked for more compassion and understanding.

A few days later they called to make sure everything was going well, and if I had any questions. It has been a long time since that has happened. I will definitely be back for regular checkups.“
