Sadie is absolutely marvelous! I'm a tricky patient because of spinal fusions. My pain changes every day. When I express issues I'm having when I see her, she does exactly what I need. I always tell her to trust her hands, and she does just that. That way, she picks up on other areas that may be problematic that I'm not sensing. I highly, highly recommend her!

Nothing but great experiences here!!! Sadie is wonderful and considerate! I have chronic pain and have felt ignored by many doctors and such, but sadie genuinely cares and discusses treatment with you beforehand and after! I have always felt comfortable and safe here as well. I absolutely recommend Targeted Tissue Therapy to anyone and everyone!

I had a wonderful experience tonight. You can clearly tell Sadie has a passion to make people comfortable and feel better. She is thorough about what exactly your needs are and how to meet them. She is amazingly affordable for what she offers. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone.

All massages are custom tailored to each client's tissue needs. We charge a flat rate per 30/60/90/120 minute session which will include many specialized techniques to best address the current concerns in the tissue. The time you've selected for your massage is the actual amount of time you will be on the table receiving the treatment. At Targeted Tissue Therapy the approach to massage therapy is based on the ever increasing number of scientific research studies which indicate the physiological changes that occur within the body from the manipulation of the soft tissues. These changes can directly affect the Cardiovascular, Central and Peripheral Nervous Systems, Lymphatic System, Integumentary system, and Urinary systems.
